Data controller and contact
The data controller is the Cultura & Motorsport Association, whose registered office is at Via Durini 5, Milan, Italy, tax code and VAT number 14588590969. The website is dedicated to the L’Anello della Regina® project.
For information about data processing or to exercise your rights, write to info@anellodellaregina.com.
Browsing data and security
Browsing the website involves processing technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service: IP address, browser and device information, date and time, requested URLs and request outcomes. The infrastructure may record this data in technical logs to diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
The website is published through Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. The technical bot-protection cookie __cf_bm is present, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Partnership requests and email enquiries
The Partnership form collects your full name, company or organisation, email address, message and, optionally, phone number. To submit a request, you must accept the processing described beside the form. Your consent and its timestamp, the request date and the source page are also recorded.
The request is saved in the website database on Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure and is accessible in the private administration area only to the Association’s authorised administrators. After storage, Resend sends an internal notification containing the request details to the address configured by the Association. The database also stores the management status, any internal notes and technical notification data; these data are not published on the website.
Email links instead open your email application: messages are sent through your email service.
The Association processes your email address, name and the information you choose to send in order to read, assess and respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up. Avoid sending sensitive data or unnecessary information. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or promotional communications.
Fonts and external links
To display Cormorant Garamond and Montserrat, your browser requests resources from Google Fonts through fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These requests send Google your IP address and the technical information needed to respond. The service provides fonts; it is not used to analyse visits.
Articles and external websites open only when you follow their links. No videos, maps or social content are embedded. External websites are governed by their operators’ privacy notices. For the font service, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is processed to provide and protect the website, on the basis of the legitimate interest in service availability and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The same interest supports handling correspondence voluntarily initiated by visitors, to the extent necessary to respond.
Where an enquiry concerns pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, the necessary processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Mandatory compliance activities are based on Article 6(1)(c). Sending an email is not treated as consent to promotional purposes.
Technical data is necessary to browse the website. Sending information by email is optional; without contact details and the necessary information, it may not be possible to respond.
Access, recipients and transfers
Enquiry data can be accessed by the Association’s authorised personnel and by the technical and email service providers needed to handle it. Technical data is processed by the hosting, delivery and security infrastructure; Google receives font requests directly. The Association does not publish this data or use it for profiling.
External service infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare states that, in its standard configuration, cookie data may be processed in the United States. This notice does not assume that all data remains in Europe. Information on processing locations and applicable safeguards may be requested from the data controller; providers’ terms govern their respective processing activities.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, taking account of legal obligations or the need to protect rights. Data that is not needed for this purpose must be deleted.
Technical log retention depends on the settings and policies of the infrastructure, security and hosting services. It is not equivalent to the cookie’s lifetime. Contact the data controller for information on retention periods applicable to your enquiry.
Your rights
Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@anellodellaregina.com. To protect personal data, it may be necessary to verify the requester’s identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
Updates
This notice is updated when the website, services or processing activities change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision.
